硬肉桃果实成熟前后几种矿质元素的含量变化及其与果实硬度的关系

摘 要:

比较桃品种 ‘ 川中岛白桃 ’ 和 ‘ 双久红 ’ 成熟前后 20 d 内果肉硬度与几种矿质元素之间关系的结果表明: 两品种桃在 成熟前后 20 d 内, P、Mg、Zn、Cu 的含量均持续下降, N、Fe、Mn 的含量则均呈上升趋势。相关分析表明, 果实硬度与 P、Mg、Zn、Cu 的含量呈极显著正相关, 与 N 和 Fe 含量呈极显著负相关; 而 Mn 含量与 ‘ 川中岛白桃 ’ 果实硬度呈极显著 负相关, 与 ‘ 双久红’ 果实硬度呈显著负相关。

Changes of Several Mineral Element Contents and Their Relation to Firmness in Crisp Peach (Prunus persica L.) Fruits before and after Ripening

Abstract:

Fruits of crisp peach (Prunus persica) ‘Kawanakajima Hakuto’ and ‘Shuangjiuhong’ were used to investigate the changes in fruit firmness and several mineral element contents during 20 d before and after ripening. The results showed that P, Mg, Zn and Cu contents continuously decreased while N, Fe and Mn contents increased. Correlation analysis showed that there was markedly positive correlation among the fruit firmness, P, Mg, Zn and Cu contents, and markedly negative correlation among the fruit firmness, N and Fe contents. The content of Mn had significantly negative correlation with fruit firmness of peach ‘Kawanakajima Hakuto’ at level of 0.01, while it had significantly negative correlation with fruit firmness of peach ‘Shuangjiuhong’at level of 0.05.
